Lovely property, warm and newly renovated. Excellent shower and simple instructions. the property was in excellent condition, recently painted and had all the expected amenities. the advice around check-in, check-out, and recommendations was excellent.

Some minor issues with the mattress and noise from a neighboring party. the key collection instructions were a bit unclear, and the toilet seat was not functioning properly.

Our recent stay at Eastside Capital was fantastic. The apartment was in excellent condition with all the amenities we needed. The peaceful location made for a relaxing trip. We especially appreciated the simple and direct instructions provided. The shower was excellent as well, and the apartment was very clean and well-furnished. we would highly recommend this property for a great stay in Belfast.

We did encounter a couple of minor inconveniences during our stay. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable, but it was manageable for the three days we were there.

The apartment was absolutely amazing, with a modern and stylish design that blew my mind. It was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary amenities like wi-fi, electric kettle, and cookware. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment, and the VIP check-in/-out made the whole experience even more special. Plus, the fact that pets were allowed was a big bonus. my stay was nothing short of fantastic - a true jaw-dropping experience!

The airport was so conveniently close, I practically rolled out of bed and onto the plane. The apartment itself was charming and well-equipped, making me feel like a fancy princess.

That I could barely dry myself with those tiny towels. I felt like I was using dishcloths instead.
